Heard respective counsel. Learned APP has pointed out that on 22nd February 2019 the Division Bench of this Court has in Criminal Writ Petition No.764 of 2019 considered the challenge to impugned orders dated 31st December 2018 and 22nd October 2017 and those orders were set aside. He also states that thereafter the petitioner has been released on furlough.

In this situation, though learned counsel for petitioner is seeking time to seek instructions, accepting the statement made by learned APP and in view of copy of order produced on record, we dispose of present writ petition. The copy of order dated 22nd February 2019 in Criminal Writ Petition No.764 of 2019 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
