1. By this petition, sent through jail, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his case. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly pointed out an order dated 16th June 2023 passed by the learned Special Judge on an application filed by co-accused i.e. Kannan Murgesh Tevar (original accused no. 4) seeking that the trial proceed on day-to-day basis.

2. From the order tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the learned Special Judge has passed the following order :

1.

Prosecution shall ensure at least one witness should remain present on each date.

2.

The concerned jail authorities shall produce the accused on regular dates at 11.00 AM sharp.

3.

Application Exh.70 is disposed of.

3. Considering the aforesaid, no separate order is required in this petition.

4. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
