Heard learned counsel for parties. The grievance of the Petitioner is that a proposal has been sent by Respondent no.1 school to Respondent no.2 Education Officer for grant of approval to the Petitioner on the post of assistant teacher vide proposal dated 25th May 2012, Exhibit-C to the petition; but the same has not been considered and decided by Respondent no.2 Education Officer as yet. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by learned counsel for Petitioner is that Respondent no.2 Education Officer be directed to consider and decide the proposal sent by Respondent no.1 school in respect of approval to the Petitioner's appointment as assistant teacher as expeditiously as possible.

In view of aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of the petition by directing Respondent no.2 Education Officer to examine said proposal dated 25th May 2012 (Exhibit-C to the petition) and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that Respondent no.2 shall give an opportunity of hearing to all concerned before deciding the proposal.
