1. By this petition, the petitioner prays that he be produced physically before the trial court and also seeks framing of charge.

2. The case is of the year 2020. It appears that the petitioner has filed a discharge application which is pending consideration before the trial court.

3. In view of the facts, we are not inclined to expedite the trial, since the trial is of the year 2020. However, we direct the police/authorities to produce the petitioner either physically before the trial court or through video conferencing, on the dates given by the trial court and as may be directed by the Trial Court, to enable the petitioner to redress his grievance before the trial court.

4. Petition is disposed on the above terms.

5. Copy of this order be forwarded to the petitioner, who is lodged in Thane Central Prison.
