This application is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant-applicant with a request to fix the appeal for final hearing on the count that it is of the year 1996. However, record shows that though the record and proceedings received, it is without paper book. Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant has till today not filed the private paper book. In such situation, this application for fixing the matter for final hearing cannot be considered. First learned counsel for the appellantapplicant to file the private paper book within four months from today. After the private paper book is filed, the matter be kept on the board of final hearing.
