This is an application for intervention by the applicants who are members of the petitioner-society. It is the contention of the applicants that on an application filed by them, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies has passed an order under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act and therefore they may be heard in the petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1442 of 2015 is directed to 1/2

(40) CAW 765-15 implead the applicants as respondents. The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy be served on the newly added respondents within the same stipulated period. 4.
