The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The ground made out is that the Petitioner No.1 is more than 100 years old. The above Writ Petition challenges the order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal by which order the orders passed by the Tahasildar and the Sub Divisional Officer have been reversed.
