While correcting the judgmente we found that certain clarifcations were required. Hence the Petitions are listed today. 2.

Heard. We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioners that all the Applications of the Petitioners under section 28A were fled within 3 months from the date of the order dated 31-01-2008 of the Division Bench of High Court except in Writ Petition No. 3527 of 2009e where the Application was also fled within 3 monthse if the time for obtaining certifed copy of the order dated 31.01.2008 of the Division Bench is excluded.
