Learned counsel appearing in support of the Petition on instructions seeks to withdraw the same. Mr.Sanghavi further states that he seeks withdrawal of this Petition on account of Sab ka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019, which the Petitioner seeks to avail.

This Court has been passing orders without recording the aforesaid reason for withdrawal. However, Mr.Sanghavi states that some of the Commissioners have been insisting on the orders recording the reason for withdrawal as in this case. Therefore, in this
