Both the parties are present in the Court.

The applicants were prosecuted for the offences of cheating and forgery. The learned Counsel of both the sides submit that the directions were given by the learned Magistrate to the police under section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. They further submit that both the parties have settled the matter and filed Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.02.2019, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit- 1. The Trupti 1/2
904-apl-266-2019.doc original complainant i.e., respondent No.1-Mrs.Vaishali Vishwanath Jadhav has filed affidavit dated 19.03.2019, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-2.
The undertakings given in the Memorandum of Understanding are accepted.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants that the order dated 29.12.2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan, 62nd Court, Dadar in C.C. No.6200497/MISC/2017 has already been quashed and set aside.

In view of this, nothing remains in this Criminal Application and the same is accordingly disposed of.
