This interim application is file for restoration of the Civil Revision Application, which was dismissed pursuant to the order passed by the Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 2 September 2021. The Registrar (Judicial-II) had granted four weeks time to remove office objections, failing which registration was supposed to stand dismiss, without further reference to the Court.

The Applicant did not remove office objections within stipulated time, therefore, the Civil Revision Application was dismissed.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Supreme Court in the judgment of Suo Moto Writ Petition (c) No.3 of 2020 has directed that the period from 15 March 2020 till 28 February 2022 shall stand excluded for the purposes of limitation as may be prescribed under any general or special laws in respect of all judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings. Heard. I have gone through the contents of the application. I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case to allow the interim application. Hence, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
