Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a photocopy of the chargesheet filed by the Inspector of Police, CBI, BS&FC, Mumbai (Special Case No.12 of 2015) on 30th June 2015. He pointed out that the Respondent No.8 has been shown as Accused No.4 in the chargesheet. A photocopy of the chargesheet is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification.

We have perused the prayers made in this PIL. The second prayer was for registration of the offence against the Respondent No.8 and the first prayer was to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation to investigate and submit a detailed report in this Court.

In view of filing the chargesheet against the Respondent No.8, now nothing survives in this PIL and the same is accordingly disposed of.
