As per the administrative order dated 26th July 2018 passed by the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, this writ petition was ordered to be heard along with Writ Petition No.4717 of 2018. Only a limited grievance is made in this petition. A writ of mandamus is sought directing the District Collector to comply with the directions issued by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division in the Judgment and Order dated 16th July 2012 (Exhibit-A to the petition). Today, the learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 27th July 2018 passed by the District Collector in compliance with the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner. In view of the said order, the petition does not survive and the same is disposed of.
