This Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.1466 of 2017 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. The application is moved by the 'wife' on the count that, she is residing at Ahmednagar and having the small child; therefore, finding it difficult to travel to Pune on every date.

Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that, he has no objection to allow this application. 4.

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Marriage Petition No.1466 of 2017, pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, on 3rd July 2018. 6.
