P.C.:- Heard Mr. Cheulkar, the learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms Varsha Chavan, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 is the owner of the offending vehicle, who had not appeared and had not raised defence before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Mumbai.

By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal. I have perused the records. In view of the reasons recorded in paragraph 3 of the application, which Megha 1/2
