As per the order passed by this Court on 25th January 2018 in the present Civil Application, the Applicants-Appellants have deposited the entire decreetal amount in the Executing Court. 3.

In view thereof, the present Civil Application, seeking stay to the impugned orders passed by the Trial Court and the Appellate Court, stands disposed off, as considering that, as per the said orders, the Respondent is also permitted to withdraw the amount, if deposited in the Court.
