Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though CR No. 477/2016 is registered in August 2016, it has not been taken to its logical end. This Court therefore is approached in March 2017. No reply has been filed by the State Government till date. Learned APP is seeking time. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner opposes and states that on last 2-3 occasions, State Government declared that it would submit appropriate report before trial Court but that has also not been done. 3.

In this situation, we direct Investigating Officer to proceed further in the matter as per law and submit appropriate report to the concerned Court within 4 weeks from today. With this direction, we dispose of the writ petition.
