The petitioners are challenging the show cause notice. Ms. Naikare learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that issue involved in this writ petition is no longer res integra. In respect of the adjoining lands, this Court has set aside the order passed by the same Tahsildar. The said order is passed in Writ Petition No.197 of 2022 dated 1st March 2022.

The petitioners may also fle say to the said show cause notice. Petitioners may refer to the judgments of this Court and the Apex Court before the Tahsildar. The petitioners may remain present before the Tahsildar for hearing on 5th May 2022.

Needless to state that the Tahsildar shall consider the judgments delivered by this Court and as would be referred Gaikwad RD 1/2
