This Civil Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 41 months in filing the Review Petition.

Except to say that the delay is not deliberate, there is no explanation in the Civil Application for condoning the delay. 3.

In the circumstances, no case is made out to condone the delay. The Civil Application shall accordingly stand dismissed. 4.

In view of dismissal of the Civil Application, the Review Petition would not survive and to stand disposed of.
