However, as per Registrar Court's conditional order dt. 19.10.2022, Advocate for the Applicant has not removed office objections within stipulated period. Hence this Interim Application No. 2695 of 2020 (for Restoration) dismissed without further reference to the Court of Registrar (Judl.-II).

Hence, this Interim Application No. 2592 of 2020 filed for Substituted Service of Respondent No. 5 does not survive and disposed of.
