This civil application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased sole Petitioner on record. The Petitioner expired on 2nd November 2015 and present civil application is filed on 24th February 2016. Thus, there is delay of 27 days. However, that delay is properly explained by making averments in paragraph 5 of the application. We, therefore, allow this application in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (d). Necessary amendment in the writ petition shall be carried out within two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall give amended copy of the petition to all the Respondents.

Let the writ petition come on board on 12th February 2018. Writ Petition No. 6097 of 2013 is to be heard along with Writ Petition No. 9162 of 2013.
