Date : 3 April 2017 P.C.:- The suit was decreed and decree for permanent injunction was passed by the learned Civil Judge on 27 January 2011. Thereafter, an appeal was filed by the Appellants which was dismissed on 5 February 2014. Second appeal is filed in the year 2014. The learned counsel for the Appellants states that he has returned all the papers to the Appellants. On 3 March 2017 the matter was adjourned till today by way of last chance. In spite of return of the papers, the Appellants have not made any alternate arrangement. It appears that the Appellants have lost interest in prosecuting the second appeal. The second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
