This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Mrs. Kalpana W. Gaikwad in C. R. No. I-363 of 2016 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station under Section 376, 376(D), 342, 506(2) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 74 of 2017 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant Mrs. Kalpana W. Gaikwad as respondent No.2.

The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the original complainant/respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks. 1/2
