This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No. 620 of 2015. By an order dated 17.11.2015 the applicants were directed to remove office objections within the stipulated time, failing which the said application to stand dismissed. As the applicants have failed to remove the office objections within the stipulated period, Criminal Application No. 620 of 2015 stood dismissed.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 vehemently opposed the application for restoration. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
