Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Prima-facie, the maintainability of this application is doubtful. However, only considering the peculiar facts of this case and in the interest of justice, the following order is passed.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, that the applicants will remain present before the learned Magistrate on Monday, 14th March, 2016 and file an appropriate application seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrants issued against them, the

2/2 905-aba.436.2016.doc execution of the non-bailable warrants is stayed till 15th March, 2016. 4.

The learned Magistrate shall decide the said application on the very same day.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present application. The same is accordingly disposed of. 6.
