It is an application to bring the Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent on record. However, since delay of 340 days has been caused, Applicant prayed for condonation of delay for the reasons stated in the application.

Heard, learned Counsel for the parties.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).

Consequential amendments be carried out within a weeks from today.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 and 3, also waives notice for the proposed Respondent No.5-A. Mr. Gaikwad assures that he shall file Vakalatnama on behalf of the proposed Respondent No.5-A within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.
