Prayer of the applicant for grant of bail was rejected by the Magistrate on the ground that the present successive application is not maintainable.

While withdrawal of earlier application on 21st October, 2021, liberty was granted to approach afresh after three months. 3.

By virtue of such liberty, it is open for the applicant to approach before the Magistrate. If so approached, Magistrate is expected to decide afresh on merits of the matter. 4.

The application as such stands disposed of.
