Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant as well as Respondent who is present in person. By consent of the parties, the following order is passed : (i) Petition No.A 981 of 2016 filed by the Respondent in the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, stands transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane.

(ii)The Registrar, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, shall on or before 31st August, 2017 forward the papers and proceedings in Petition No.A 981 of 2016 to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi, Thane. (iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi, on 6th September, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary ssp 1/2

mca 116 of 2017 (31).sxw orders/directions in the matter.

(iv)The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi shall dispose off Petition No.A 981 of 2016 within a period of six months from 6th September, 2017. (v) The parties undertake not to seek any adjournments unless absolutely necessary. The Court too shall not grant any adjournments unless absolutely necessary.

(vi)All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
