DATE :
10th MARCH, 2017 P.C.
The cause for invoking the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is the fact that the Petitioner's Revision Application or the Application for stay filed therein is not taken up for consideration by the Revisionary Authority, i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles, Government of Maharashtra. The Learned AGP Mr. Kankal on instructions states that the Revision is directed to be placed on board on 16-3-2017. If that be so, the Revisionary Authority may hear and decide the Application for stay filed by the Petitioner within 4 weeks of 16-3-2017. The Revision Application itself may also be disposed of latest by 31-5-2017. However till the Application for stay is heard and disposed of, the order of disqualification dated 16-2-2017 passed by the Regional Director of Sugar, would stand stayed. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
