The writ petition was filed by the father of the present applicant as the applicant was the minor at the relevant time. Now, the applicant has attained majority.

We, therefore, dispose of this application by passing the following order:

(i) We permit the amendment of this writ petition by deleting the name of the petitioner and replacing the same by the present applicant;

appw131 (ii)Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded;

(iii)Place the main writ petition under the caption of `Fresh Admission' on 4th April 2017.

(iv)Only by way of indulgence, time to comply with the directions contained in clause 2 of the order dated 24th February 2017 is extended till the next date. No further extension shall be granted. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
