This is an application for relaxation of condition 7(vi) imposed on the applicant by this Court in Bail Application No.2655 of 2017 by Order dated 8th December, 2017, which reads thus:

7(vi) "Moreover, as the investigation of the crime in question is going on, the applicants/accused to attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 11.00 am. to 1.00 pm. until further orders."

The record indicates that the investigation of the present crime is already completed and the police have filed charge-sheet. In view thereof, the applicant need not further attend the investigating officer for the purpose of investigation, and therefore the condition 7(vi) imposed upon the applicant by Order dated 1st September, 2017 is hereby waived.
