Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 31.03.2022. He tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 31.03.2022. The said Consent Terms are signed by the Secretary of Petitioner No.1 Dr.Shivshankar, the Headmaster of Petitioner No.2 Mr.Anilkumar and Respondent No.1 herself. Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
