By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges the order dated 14.9.2016 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No.B 10/2011 rejecting Petitioner's request for adjournment. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is purchaser of the property bearing flat no.C-102, Soni Paradise, Near Jankimata Mandir, Vajira, Borivali (W), Mumbai 400 092. He submits that Family Court closed the matter for judgment and same is posted on Mohite 1/2

536 wp8464-17 29.7.2017 for judgment.

Considering the subsequent events that matter is posted for final judgment on 29.7.2017, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected. (K.K.TATED, J.) Mohite 2/2
