This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to file appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 24.1.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No. 397 of 2011. The service report shows that Respondent No.1 is already in Yerawada Central Prison. There is a delay of 63 days.
