Though belatedly, an order has been made by the Additional Collector, Pune on 19/9/2015. In view of belated compliance, considering the facts of the case, no case is made out to proceed against the Respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act 1971. 2.

If the petitioners have any grievance in respect of the order dated 19/9/2015, their remedy is to challenge the same in accordance with the law.
