Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 2 - the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar to consider and decide the Petitioner's caste validity claim which is pending before it since 2013, as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the Committee.

The Petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 3rd April, 2018 at 11.00 am.

Till the caste validity claim of the Petitioner is decided, the interim order passed by this Court on 8th March, 2018 shall continue.
