By an Order dated 22nd March, 2019, this Court has proposed the name of Mr.Shreekrishna Bhagwan Panse, Retired District Judge to act as Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Employment Agreement dated 26th May, 2017. However, the parties have now suggested that Mr.C.V.Wakankar be appointed as Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Employment Agreement dated 26th May, 2017. In view thereof, the following Order is passed by consent :

i.

Mr. Mr.C.V.Wakankar, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Employment Agreement dated 26th May, 2017

The disclosure of Mr.C.V.Wakankar, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record.

iii.

The Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his Award within a period of 12 weeks from today.

iv.

The parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the learned Arbitrator in his chambers on 4th May, 2019 at 5.00 p.m. and obtain necessary directions.

v.

The venue of the arbitration shall be at Pune. vi.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. vii.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally.

viii.

The above Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
