This is an appeal against acquittal. The office remark shows that the appellant has carried out incomplete amendments. Hence, the notice could not be issued to the respondents. Final opportunity of one week is given to the appellant to carry out the amendment, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

In the event amendment is carried out and office objections are removed, Registry to issue notice to the respondent nos.1 and 2, returnable in two weeks.
