The appellant has expired. The death certificate has been annexed to this application. Legal Representatives of the appellant, however, intends to pursue the appeal challenging the judgment of conviction under Prevention of Corruption Act. Hence, the applicants have prayed that they may be allowed to continue the appeal.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for applicants and averments made in this application, relief prayed in this application can be granted. The applicants can be allowed pursue Appeal No.48 of 2002. Requisite amendment may be carried out adding names of applicants in the appeal memo of appeal. After the requisite amendment is carried out, the appeal be added to the final hearing board. Interim Application is disposed of.
