After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy, as available in law to claim compensation in regard to the land subject matter of acquisition under the Award dated 30th June, 2021. In so far as the claim of the Petitioner for an alternate land is concerned, Mr. Deshpande states that the Petitioner intends to make an appropriate application before the Competent Tikam page 1 of 2

We, accordingly permit the Petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for. In the event, any such proceeding / application is made, the same be considered by the concerned authorities as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.
