The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 1st February 2019 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.3229 of 2018. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks.

It is submitted that the applicant is resident of Bangalore. She has executed cash security and has been released on bail. It is submitted that the applicant is making efforts to furnish surety. She is lady and being resident of Bangalore, it is difficult for her to make arrangement of surety within short span of time. It is, therefore, prayed that the facility of cash security may be extended by six weeks.

Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 1st February 2019 passed in Bail
