The Civil Application has been taken out for extension of time to comply with the order dated 18th February 2019.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has shown a as a 1 / 2 March 8, 2019

912-CAW-499-19.doc bankers cheque dated 7th March 2019 in a sum of Rs. 5,12,380/- in favour of the Registrar, D.R.A.T. 3.

We accept the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the said bankers cheque shall be deposited with the Registrar of D.R.A.T. by Tuesday i.e. 12th March 2019. We direct the Registrar, D.R.A.T. to accept the said amount. 4.

So far as the balance amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- which has been deposited in this Court, we are informed that a praecipe has already been filed in the Registry of this Court for withdrawal of the said amount so as to deposit the same with the Registrar, D.R.A.T. Let that be done on or before 18th March 2019.
