This is an application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of applicant Sonba Ganpat Yadav (since deceased) on record. Applicant Sonba Ganpat Yadav died on 29th December, 2018 leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives.

The application is filed on 1st March, 2019 which is in time. 4.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Amendment slip shall be made over to the other side.
