By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him, while he was released on bail on 25/06/2018 in Bail Application No.373 of 2018 with
2/3 51 IA-1029.22.odt the condition that he shall attend the Sahar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

The order passed on 25/06/2018, released the applicant on bail in connection with C.R. No.326 of 2017 registered with Sahar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 370, 465, 468, 471, 419, 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 3.
By the present application, the applicant seeks exemption from the condition of attendance, subject to which his liberty was secured. The said request is made in the wake of the fact that the applicant is a business man and has to undertake extensive travel and, therefore, marking his attendance as directed by this court on every Monday of the month is posing a difficulty.

Learned A.P.P. states that the charge-sheet is filed and the trial is committed to Dindoshi Court in Case No.31 of 2018. She fairly submits that the Investigating Officer is not keen and insistent upon the attendance of the applicant. 5.
In the wake of the above, the condition imposed upon the applicant vide order dated 25/06/2018, directing the applicant to attend the Sahar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. stands relaxed. He
3/3 51 IA-1029.22.odt shall, however, continue to attend the trial, unless exempted on medical ground, or for any other reason.
