Manindra Chandrasen And ANR. v. Union Bank Of India And ORS.
1 /1 ORDER ON ORAL APPLICATION FOR STAY OF JUDGMENT IN W.P. NO.5252/2015 AND ORS. PRONOUNCED ON 10.3.2017 After pronouncement of judgment, the learned counsel for respondent No.1-Bank submitted that four weeks time for enforcement of the directions issued by this Court in the instant petitions and also to facilitate the respondents to avail the appellate remedy, may be granted. It must be noted here that in the directions issued by this Court already a time of 15 days is available with the respondent No.1-bank. Considering the fact that the petitioners are dispossessed by respondent No.1 bank unceremoniously and illegally and they are kept out of the suit property/premises since the year 2011, we do not intend to grant further time. Request so made is accordingly rejected. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) (R.M. BORDE, J.)
