This appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune on 19 October 2019. While rejecting the application for temporary injunction, the learned trial Judge has specifically observed that issues have already been framed by him. The parties were directed to co-operate for disposal of the suit on merits, expeditiously.

In this view of the matter, the appeal can be disposed in the following terms;

(a) The parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 01 February 2021.

(b) The learned trial court shall dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

(c) The parties shall co-operate for speedy disposal of the suit without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

(d) Till the decision of the suit, the parties shall maintain status quo as on today.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications,if any, are disposed of. Order accordingly.
