By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to quash letter dated 27th February, 2014 issued by the Senior Inspector of Police, Govandi Police Station, Mumbai to the petitioner's Director. By the said letter, the petitioner's Director was informed to approach appropriate Court in respect of his grievance made in his letter dated 23rd February, 2015. The petitioner has not filed any complaint before the police but only sent copy of the notice issued Uday S. Jagtap

Since there is no complaint filed by the petitioner, question would not arise to issue direction to the police to register the complaint. The petitioner is always at liberty to approach the learned Magistrate by way of private complaint. 3.
