2/3 1 BA 731-23.doc P.C:- As directed, the Superintendent, Mumbai Central Prison, has submitted the report dated 6/5/2024, which is accompanied with the report dated 3/5/2024 from the Superintendent, Tata Memorial Hospital.

As directed by this Court, the applicant Mohd. Nasim Abdul Kadir Ajmal Ali Khan, was taken to Tata Memorial Hospital for his health assessment and as per the said report, he is informed to be loco regionally controlled, after he underwent a surgery followed by an adjuvant treatment of Chemotherapy. It is also reported that the 40 year old male patient, has no comorbidity, and as far as his Buccal Mucosa, he has already been operated.

The report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In the wake of the present health status of the applicant, on being examined by the Tata Memorial Hospital, the application do not deserve any consideration, since it was filed purely on medical grounds.

However, the Bail Application stand disposed off, by reserving liberty in the applicant to move this Court in case of any further health complications.

3/3 1 BA 731-23.doc In view of the disposal of Bail Application, Interim Application No.4304/2023 do not survive and hence, stand disposed off.
