Heard. This Application is for carrying out an amendment in the Appeal from Order. Till today the Appeal from Order is not admitted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of Basavraj G Patil 1/2

539.15-caa prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to add further/additional grounds to the Memorandum of Appeal.

Amendment to be carried out within 6 weeks from today.

An amended copy of the appeal memo be served on the Respondent within 1 week thereafter. 6.

Liberty granted to the Applicant to take out appropriate proceedings for the remaining prayers. 7.

Civil application No.539/2015 stands disposed off accordingly.

If the amendment is carried out in the Appeal from Order within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, place the Civil Application No.89/2015 for orders after four weeks.
