Through this Civil Application learned counsel for the Applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition No. 3390 of 2014 which suffered dismissal on 7th February, 2017 for want of prosecution. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called.

In the circumstances, we order restoration of the aforesaid Writ Petition No. 3390 of 2014 to its original number. 4.
